5/30/2013 - A new dramatical adaptation of Mastro Don Gesualdo in Taormina
Mastro-don Gesualdo, published in 1889, is one of the most popular novels of Giovanni Verga. Tells the story of the protagonist that gives the title to the novel, and is set in Vizzini, Sicily, in the first half of the 800 in the Risorgimento period. In dramatic reworking of Micaela Miano which will be staged at the Teatro Antico in Taormina, Sicily on July 13 will be the main actor Enrico Guarneri. Alongside him Ileana Rigano and Francesca Ferro. Directed by William Fetrro. Production M & C.
